I homeschooled my 10 and 1...Don't feel bad at all. I homeschooled my 10 and 11 year old k4 and k5 and I actually had to go into the private school they attend now and ask questions. My 15 year came home from school and asked me if I wanted him to teach me new math. NEW MATH! I said, "Listen, I don't get the old math, so how can you teach me the new math." I'm telling you i have been told that I don't know all the prepositions (I guess there are some new ones?) and I certainly don't know how to "graph a sentence." So it's not just you. My 5th and 6th graders are doing pre-algebra and we didn't do that until the 7th or 8th grade.
